Technician I and II

Mobius Internet IT & Communications is actively seeking Support Technicians Level I and II to assist in client technical support across its product and service portfolio.

Technician I and II positions serve as a key interface to our clients and are responsible for ticket management and ticket completion in order to assure excellent customer service backed by solid technical skill. This role will perform both remote and on-site client support.

  • SPECIFIC Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or related experience (2+ years for Technician I) (4+ years for Technician II) in help desk or support operations.
    • Remote monitoring and Management of client systems.
    • Linux, Hyper-V and VMWare and MS Windows experience.
    • Server virtualization and cloud based replication.
    • Wireless networking.
    • PC level software support.
    • Network support and management.
    • Server support and management.
    • VoIP installation and troubleshooting.
    • Strong written, and verbal skills.
    • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other standard office computer applications.

  • Additional Skills and Requirements

    • Must be able to complete the physical demands of the position including network wiring installation and rooftop radio installation when needed.
    • Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 80 lbs.
    • Must have reliable transportation and proof of valid insurance.
