How it’s priced

VoIP is billed as a flat monthly fee per seat. Handsets can be purchased or bundled, and some advanced features or integrations are quoted separately.

VoIP service depends on a working internet connection and power. 911 over VoIP behaves differently than traditional phone service — details are in the VoIP Addendum.

Travel & on-site service

Most work is handled remotely and included in your monthly fee. On-site visits within a 12-mile radius of our Baton Rouge office are included; visits beyond a 12-mile radius will incur a travel fee.
