How it’s priced

Managed IT is billed as a flat monthly fee per covered endpoint (or per user, depending on your environment). On-site and after-hours work is quoted with your plan.

Travel & on-site service

Most work is handled remotely and included in your monthly fee. On-site visits within a 12-mile radius of our Baton Rouge office are included; visits beyond a 12-mile radius will incur a travel fee.
