We procure and manage your Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environment. Software licenses are passed through at cost and billed separately from our management work, so you always see exactly what you’re paying for.

How it’s priced
Licenses are billed per user at pass-through cost, and you choose a monthly term (cancellable, higher per-user) or annual term (committed for 12 months, lower per-user) under Section 5.5 of our agreement. We will share current per-user license rates as part of your quote. License cost is passed through, plus a management fee covering procurement, provisioning, and ongoing support.
Travel & on-site service
Most work is handled remotely and included in your monthly fee. On-site visits within a 12-mile radius of our Baton Rouge office are included; visits beyond a 12-mile radius will incur a travel fee.
