How it’s priced

Backup is billed monthly based on the number of protected devices and the storage retained. DRaaS and large initial seeds may carry a one-time setup fee.

No surprise bills. Every price is itemized on your Service Order before you sign, and most services are a flat monthly fee. We will size the right plan during a free Technology Review.

Travel & on-site service

Most work is handled remotely and included in your monthly fee. On-site visits within a 12-mile radius of our Baton Rouge office are included; visits beyond a 12-mile radius will incur a travel fee.
